The Cuisine of Bonfini
The Restaurant Bonfini Kert lays particular emphasis on making the traditional Italian dishes according to traditional recipes and with original Italian materials in the highest quality.
We procure from Italy the special hams, cheeses, mushrooms, fishes and crabs. We make in our kitchen the famous Italian pastas – the gnocchi, the agnolotti, the ravioli, the canneloni and the paprdelle, and we bake here the traditional Italian rolls and breads.
